1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the agreement between you and HelpingHandAI (“HelpingHandAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your use of https://helpinghandai.in (the “Site”). By visiting the Site, reading its articles, leaving a comment, subscribing to updates, or interacting with the Site in any other way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

We have written these Terms in plain language on purpose. Legal documents should not require a law degree to read. That said, plain language does not weaken the agreement: everything here has real effect, so we encourage you to read the whole page at least once. The short version below is a convenience, not a substitute for the full text.

The short version

2. Who we are and what we publish

HelpingHandAI is an independent digital publication based in the United States. Our job is to make artificial intelligence understandable and useful for real people, whether they work in technology or not. We publish in-depth guides, reviews, explainers, and news analysis across six core areas: AI in the stock markets, AI in cryptocurrency and blockchain, AI trends, AI tools, AI news, and AI guides for both technical and non-technical fields.

We are not a brokerage, a bank, a fund, a signal-selling service, or a licensed advisory firm. We do not execute trades, hold customer money, or provide personalized recommendations. Every article on the Site exists to inform and educate. Where we discuss markets, tools, or platforms, we do so from a research and education perspective, and we say so plainly inside the articles themselves.

3. Educational use only — no professional advice

All content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other asset. Nothing on the Site takes into account your personal circumstances, goals, risk tolerance, or financial situation, because we do not know them.

HelpingHandAI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any state regulator, or any foreign equivalent, and nothing on the Site should be understood as advice from one. No adviser-client or fiduciary relationship is created between you and us by your use of the Site, by commenting, or by contacting us.

In practical terms, this means:

  • Do your own research. Before any financial decision, verify facts using primary sources — official filings, exchange documentation, and the tools themselves.
  • Talk to a licensed professional. A registered adviser, accountant, or attorney can look at your actual situation. We cannot and do not.
  • Treat tool names as examples, not endorsements. When we mention brokers, exchanges, robo-advisors, or AI products, we are describing the landscape, not telling you to sign up.
  • Check the date. Markets, crypto, and AI tools move fast. An article that was accurate when published may be out of date when you read it.

4. Investment and trading risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount you invest. Securities can fall in value, cryptocurrency is especially volatile and can move sharply in minutes, and leveraged or automated strategies can amplify losses as well as gains. Historical performance, backtests, and model outputs never guarantee future results, and any figure we quote is a snapshot of a moment that has already passed.

This risk matters even more when AI is involved. AI models can be wrong, overconfident, or trained on data that no longer reflects the market. They can misread unusual conditions such as flash crashes, low-liquidity periods, or sudden news events. We cover these limitations honestly across the Site, including dedicated articles on whether AI can really predict markets and on documented cases where automated trading broke down.

Every decision you make after reading the Site is your own. You are responsible for your account security, your order entries, your tax obligations, and your outcomes. We publish knowledge; you manage your money.

5. AI-assisted content and accuracy

We use AI tools in our research and drafting workflow, and every published piece goes through human editorial review before it goes live. We believe this combination produces clearer, better-checked writing than either humans or machines alone. Still, AI systems can make mistakes that sound convincing, so no output — ours or anyone else’s — should be treated as automatically correct.

We work hard to keep the Site accurate: we cite sources, we link to primary material, and we correct errors when we find them. If you spot a mistake, please tell us through our Contact page and we will review it. That said, the Site is provided without any guarantee that content is complete, current, or fit for your specific purpose, as described further in Sections 13 and 14.

6. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site in a way that creates legal obligations, and we mean it particularly seriously here: the Site discusses investing, and financial decisions are for adults. If you are under 18, please browse with a parent or guardian and treat the Site as study material, not a call to action.

The Site may offer accounts, newsletters, or member features now or in the future. If you register, you agree to give accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that create security risks, or that abuse the Site’s features.

7. Acceptable use

You may use the Site freely for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not use it in ways that harm us, our readers, or third parties. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Break the law. No use of the Site that violates applicable laws or regulations, including securities and commodities rules that apply to you.
  • Scrape or mass-download. No bots, crawlers, offline readers, or automated systems that harvest content, except for public search engine indexing at our discretion.
  • Spam or manipulate. No comment spam, fake engagement, keyword stuffing, link schemes, or attempts to game search results using our pages.
  • Impersonate or mislead. No pretending to be another person, our team, or any company, and no uploading content you do not have the right to share.
  • Attack the Site. No scanning, probing, penetration testing, or interfering with the Site’s security or infrastructure without our written permission.

8. Comments and user content

Comments and anything else you submit to the Site (“user content”) remain yours — we claim no ownership of your words. However, by submitting user content you grant HelpingHandAI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute it as part of operating the Site. You also confirm that you own or have the rights needed for what you submit, and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

User content is the responsibility of the person who posted it, not of HelpingHandAI. We do not endorse user content, and we do not preview every comment before it appears. We do moderate: we may edit, move, or remove any user content at our discretion, and we may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. Comments promoting scams, “guaranteed return” schemes, pumps, or impersonation will be removed — read our articles on AI stock scams to see why we are strict about this.

9. Intellectual property

The Site’s articles, graphics, logos, design, code, and the HelpingHandAI name are owned by HelpingHandAI or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to read, print, and share the Site’s content for personal use.

You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original article. You may not republish articles in full, republish translations, sell our content, or present it as your own. If you want broader permission — for classroom use, press quoting, or partnerships — just ask through our Contact page; we are usually happy to help.

Third-party names — brokerages, exchanges, AI products, companies, and publications mentioned across the Site — belong to their respective owners. Mention on the Site does not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement in either direction, and no such relationship exists unless we say otherwise in writing.

10. Third-party links, tools, and services

The Site links to third-party websites, tools, data providers, and services — brokerage platforms, crypto exchanges, AI products, research papers, and news sources. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, security, or privacy practices. Following an external link is entirely at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

A link is not an endorsement, and a lack of link is not a criticism. When we evaluate tools, we describe strengths and weaknesses as we find them at the time of writing. Features, prices, and terms change constantly in the AI and crypto space, so always confirm details on the provider’s official site before you rely on them.

11. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

The Site may display advertising and may participate in affiliate programs. If you click certain links and open an account or buy a product, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never decide our editorial line: we do not accept payment for guaranteed positive coverage, we do not promote products we would not discuss anyway, and commissioned placement does not change ratings or conclusions.

Sponsored content, if it ever appears, will be clearly labeled as such. Our commitment is simple: research first, commerce second. If we ever cannot reconcile the two, publication wins.

12. Availability and changes to the Site

We work hard to keep the Site online and fast, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove any feature, article, or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also experience downtime caused by maintenance, our hosting providers, or events beyond our control, and we are not liable for such interruptions.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content, features, and services on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the content is error-free, that results from using the Site will meet your expectations, that the Site will be secure or free of harmful components, or that any financial or AI-related information will be suitable for trading. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you — in that case, the exclusions apply to the maximum extent the law allows.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpingHandAI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost savings, lost data, lost opportunities, or trading losses, arising out of or connected to your use of — or inability to use — the Site or its content. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the theory of liability.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to (a) resupplying the relevant content or service, or (b) the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the amount you actually paid us for access to the content in question. Because the Site is free to read, that amount is typically zero. This limitation is a fundamental part of the bargain that lets us publish freely.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HelpingHandAI and its team from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site; (b) user content you submit; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter you are required to indemnify us for, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

16. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our Contact page with: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) your contact details; (e) a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Valid notices are handled promptly, and content may be removed while we investigate. If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail; we will follow the applicable legal process for restoring content. Repeat infringers may lose access to the Site’s features.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we may add a notice on the Site’s homepage or an announcement in the newsletter. The current version always lives at this URL, and it applies immediately after publication.

Continuing to use the Site after a new version takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will say so in the notice. We keep older versions on request — just write to us through our Contact page.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us first: most problems are misunderstandings that a plain-language email can fix, and we commit to responding to every good-faith complaint.

If informal resolution fails, you and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, and you consent to their venue. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force, and the unenforceable part will be modified to the minimum extent necessary. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and HelpingHandAI regarding the Site.

19. Contact us

Questions about these Terms, permission requests, copyright notices, or anything else can be sent through our Contact page, or by email to 【your real contact email, e.g. support@helpinghandai.in】. We usually reply within two business days.
