1. Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and HelpingHandAI. They apply whenever you visit https://helpinghandai.in (the “Site”), read an article, or leave a comment. By using the Site, you accept this agreement. If you disagree with any part of it, please stop using the Site.

However, we are not a brokerage, a bank, a fund, or a licensed advisory firm. We do not hold customer money or execute trades. Instead, we research and explain. Every article exists to inform you, and we say so plainly inside the content itself.

3. Educational use only — no professional advice

All content on the Site is general information for education. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. It is also not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Because we do not know your situation, nothing here can be personal advice.

5. AI-assisted content and accuracy

We use AI tools in our research and drafting workflow. However, a human editor reviews, checks, and rewrites every piece before publication. We believe that combination beats either humans or machines alone. Still, AI output can sound convincing and still be wrong, so treat nothing as automatically correct.

6. Eligibility and accounts

User content is the poster’s responsibility, not ours. We do not endorse it, and we do not preview every comment. Nevertheless, we moderate actively. We may edit, move, or remove anything at our discretion. For instance, scam promotions, “guaranteed return” schemes, and impersonation are removed on sight.

9. Intellectual property

The Site’s articles, graphics, logos, design, and code belong to HelpingHandAI or our licensors. Copyright and trademark laws protect them. In return, we grant you a limited, revocable license to read, print, and share our content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may quote short excerpts with clear credit and a link back to the article. However, you may not republish full articles, translations, or large extracts. You also may not sell our content or present it as your own. Need more room, for example for a classroom? Just ask on our Contact page; we usually say yes.

Finally, third-party names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners. A mention does not imply sponsorship or endorsement in either direction. Such a relationship exists only if we say so in writing.

10. Third-party links, tools, and services

The Site links to third-party websites, tools, and data providers. We do not control them. Therefore, we are not responsible for their content, pricing, security, or privacy practices. Follow external links at your own risk, because their own terms and policies will apply to you.

Moreover, a link is not an endorsement, and no link is not a criticism. Tool features and prices change constantly in the AI and crypto space. As a result, always confirm details on the provider’s official site before you rely on them.

11. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

The Site may display advertising and join affiliate programs. If you click certain links and open an account, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. However, commissions never decide our editorial line. We do not accept payment for guaranteed positive coverage, and money cannot buy a better rating.

In addition, any sponsored content will be clearly labeled. Our rule is simple: research first, commerce second. If the two ever clash, publication wins.

12. Availability and changes to the Site

We work hard to keep the Site online and fast. Even so, we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelpingHandAI and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This also covers lost profits, lost data, and trading losses connected to the Site or its content. It applies even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, we limit it, at our option, to resupplying the content or to USD 100, whichever is greater. Because the Site is free to read, that amount is usually zero. In short, this limit is the bargain that lets us publish freely.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless HelpingHandAI and its team against claims arising from your use of the Site. • Two statements: that the use is unauthorized, and that your notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Content may be removed while we investigate. If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail. After that, we will follow the applicable legal process. Meanwhile, repeat infringers may lose access to the Site’s features.

17. Changes to these terms and conditions

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page changes. For significant updates, we may also add a notice on the homepage. However, the current version at this URL always applies right after publication.

Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new version. If a change seriously reduces your rights, we will say so in the notice. In addition, older versions are available on request through our Contact page.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by United States federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware. Conflict-of-law rules do not apply. Before filing any formal claim, please contact us first. Most problems are misunderstandings, and a plain-language email usually fixes them.

If informal resolution fails, the state and federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. You consent to their venue. Moreover, if any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms form the entire agreement between you and HelpingHandAI.
