What to contact us about

You can write to us about anything on the Site, but these are the conversations we have most often. If your message fits one of them, you will get a faster, sharper reply.

• Questions about our guides or reviews. Ask us to clarify a recommendation, explain a setup step, or compare two tools we have covered. If we learn something useful from your question, we update the guide so every reader benefits.
• Corrections and broken links. AI pricing and features change monthly. If you find an outdated price, a retired plan, or a dead link, tell us the page and the exact problem, and we will verify and fix it.
• Tool suggestions. Built or discovered an AI tool that helps small teams? Send the name and what it does. We test everything hands-on before we write about it, so suggestions with a free trial or demo get looked at first.
• Partnerships, sponsorship, and advertising. We are open to clearly labeled placements that genuinely fit our readers. Tell us about your product, your audience, and the format you have in mind.
• Guest posts and expert contributions. Practitioners with real deployment stories are welcome. Send a pitch, not a draft: two or three sentences on the idea and why you are the person to write it.

One request from our side: never send passwords, API keys, or payment details by email or form. We will never ask for them.

Help us reply faster

A message with the right details can be answered in one pass instead of three round trips. Before you hit send, include whatever applies:

• The page you are writing about, as a link or the exact article title.
• The tool and plan involved, including what you were trying to do when the problem appeared.
• A screenshot or a short screen recording if the issue is visual or technical.
• For pitches: the idea in two or three sentences, plus one or two links to things you have already written.

Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Anything sent over the weekend lands with us on Monday morning.

Do you review tools from independent makers?

Yes. Being small is not a barrier; being hands-off is. We need access to test a tool properly, and we say so in the article when a maker gave us a free account. Every review reflects what we actually found, and coverage is never sold.

Do you offer consulting or build automations for clients?

HelpingHandAI is a publication first. We do not take on client builds, but our step-by-step guides cover most setups a small team needs. If you are truly stuck, write to us and we will point you toward the right guide or resource.

Can I quote or republish your articles?

Short quotes with a visible link back to the original page are welcome and appreciated. Republishing a full article requires written permission. Just ask; we say yes more often than you would think.

Do you accept guest posts?

Occasionally, and only from people with real experience to share. Pitch the idea in a few sentences first. We check every submission, and AI-spun filler gets declined without a reply.
